Serenity Bay Lake Club is a private space exclusively for homeowners in the Serenity Bay community. Membership comes with the privilege of enjoying our park, trails, and lake access, but also the shared responsibility of helping maintain and respect this beautiful environment.


Who Is a Member
Owners within the Serenity Bay subdivision are granted membership to the park. To receive access details and important communications, owners are required to complete the MCRS information form.
Members may also extend access to guests, provided they are accompanied and supervised by a registered homeowner.

Shared Responsibilities
To ensure Serenity Bay Lake Club remains enjoyable for everyone, we ask all members to help care for the space and respect fellow users.
We ask members to:

Respect shared park spaces and other members

Keep the park clean and free of litter

Be mindful of noise and surrounding residents

Follow posted signage and seasonal closures

Respect natural shoreline and wildlife areas
-
Ensure guests follow all park guidelines
Guests & Visitors
Members are welcome to bring guests to the park. However, guests must always be accompanied by a homeowner member, who is responsible for their conduct and adherence to park guidelines.
Safety & Park Use
Serenity Bay Lake Club is a natural outdoor space, and all members use the park and waterfront at their own risk.
Please keep in mind:

Follow all posted safety notices
